  I came in and they didn't have the blue lights I needed for my car. They offered to order them and said they would be in the next day. Great right! NO! Because turns out that when I showed up the next day my order wasn't there. It took 7 days and when it finally arrived at their store they didn't bother calling me. I only found out because I had to call everyday for an update. Customer service sucks. Manager did apologize, but that didn't do much for the inconvenience it caused me. Only gave it a 3 star because the lights were good quality.

  Roommate got alarm system installed. After that her car wouldn't even start. Have been trying to call and they don't even answer their phone...it's not like she can drive there. I think the BBB is Gunna get contacted. I can't wait to hear a voice on the other line.
