  This is a family owned business that does not understand how important customer service, dependability and communication are. I wanted to do business with C & C because they are family owned, but no, their prices are not the best in town, that is not always the most important factor when I make a decision to have a job done.. The first C & C family member to measure our carpet came up with a total for square footage that was quite a bit more than another local company measured it at. Then the Owner, Craig, measured it and the numbers were much more accurate. We were told the job would be completed in one day by several installers, and only two arrived. The job took two full days, with the installers finishing on the evening of the second day, and there was still clean up that should have been completed. The most critical point of this review is the lack of response from C C. Not only were they not available by phone during the two day installation process, when I finally did receive a call back on the third day and a further promise of response, Craig did not call and once again I had to call him and ask him to come out and discuss the situation. He did come out, and left with a promise to call me with a solution the same day. That was several days ago, and there has been no return call, and obviously no solution. Not only is communication with customers a problem, communication within the company seems to be a problem too. On the positive side, the two installers who were here seemed polite and hard working.
