  I called this company in hopes of getting an estimate on a repair job for a water fall in my yard. Before I even sent pictures I was told by the owner that it required two workers at $85.00 an hour plus $0.54 a mile to come to my location. Once I sent pictures I was told that there were flaws in my water fall and it needed a “facelift”. I was told he would sent an estimate for the repair and one for the so called facelift. I was told I’d get the estimate the following day (11/22). I never heard from them again until I contacted them on 11/27 to advise them I had found someone else to do the simple repair it ended up needing at half the cost they were quoting just to come come look at it. The company is not very attentive, and apparently quite expensive. I’ve never heard of being charged mileage to come do a paid job. Then to top it off try to convince me my water fall (which has been working fine for 10 years) wasn’t installed correctly. I’ll never attempt to do business with them again.
