  I dropped my engagement ring at the Samuels in Hemet and when I went to pick it up, they handed me a ring that was not mine and was much smaller than mine. Turns out someone else has the ring my husband proposed to me with and will have it forever. They gave me a replacement ring and if we hadn't called the District manager, that would have been all they did for us. We ended up getting my wedding band for free, and a discount on my husbands band. They told us it'd be 2 weeks before we'd get his and we were hoping to get married in a month. The ring ended up taking 5 weeks and we got married without rings. Don't buy from here!
