  The Shell gas station on East Florida did not offer service to me even though I have a handicap plaque in the window and the employee was just standing there talking to another employee. One of the employees were looking right at me and never offered to come over and help this went on for a good 5 minutes. Oh well shells loss.

  I couldn't remove my gas cap the other day. And so I had to ask for help. It's kind of funny, when I gave it one last try. I turn around to see both employees there to help me. Just when, I got the cap off myself and yelled out loud; "I got it.!!" Both men where happy and asked if I needed any more help. Which I didn't. Love this gas station, because I always feel safe and secure. Thank you Shell Employees..!!
